Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Zoral tongue scraper. This policy explains when and how you can return an order.

1. Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To start a return, contact us via our contact form with your order number.

2. Hygiene items

Because our products are oral care items, for hygiene and safety reasons we can only accept returns of items that are unopened and in their original, unused packaging. We're unable to accept returns of scrapers that have been used, out of respect for your safety and ours.

3. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened.

4. How refunds are issued

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.
